Magdalena will answer your key questions about the school and talk with you about your options and needs. Please also fill out the First Contact Form beforehand. 

Initial Meeting

In coordination with our teachers, Magdalena will arrange an appointment for an initial meeting. This meeting takes place with representatives of teachers, parents, and students, together with you and your child.

For children entering the first grade, the initial meeting ideally takes place in the spring of the year before enrollment – that is, while your child is still in the 3rd grade of primary school.

Trial Days

After the initial meeting, you will be informed about the trial week, which usually takes place in the autumn a year before school entry. Your child should spend at least five days with us, to get a feel for the school and to be introduced to teachers and students.

Decision Process

The decision about admission is made by both you and us after the trial week. Parents become members of the school association at a dedicated parents’ evening.

Finalizing Enrollment

Once admission has been agreed on both sides, you will receive an email from our office with all the necessary documents. After returning the original membership declaration and contract, and paying the membership fee and deposit, your child’s place will be confirmed by email.
