Education Fundraising: Goal Surpassed

Since 2015, our school has been committed to supporting asylum seekers who are no longer of compulsory school age and who do not yet hold a school-leaving certificate. They attend regular classes, receive intensive German lessons, and build friendships with young people who have grown up in Austria. In addition, the school provides one free place for a socially disadvantaged child.

The school’s costs are covered almost entirely by parents. The few public subsidies we receive will be significantly reduced in the coming school year. To secure places for asylum seekers and socially disadvantaged young people for the next school year, we launched a crowdfunding campaign. The goal of €7,500 was not only reached but even surpassed – with €7,840 raised. A heartfelt thank-you to all helpers and donors!
